The attention to detail from the first design meeting through the entire construction process resulted in a forever home that we love. Gerald and his team members contributed unique design ideas to the floor plan that we chose, making this a true custom-built home. Their responsiveness and flexibility during and after the build made us feel at ease and we really enjoyed our interactions with each team member we came across. As the house was built, we visited the site regularly and kept in close touch with the SSC team. They took good care of us. We wanted to work with a specific HVAC company and a garage door company and SSC was happy to use our preferences as subcontractors for those systems. One year later, we experienced a minor issue. We called SSC and they came right out and solved the issue, no charge. Overall, SSC gets high marks of professionalism, quality, and response.

Our experience began with a September walk in our favorite neighborhood, we came upon a house under construction, we decided to explore. We loved the layout right away, and if houses could talk, we heard it!  We called the number on the sign and met with Gerald that afternoon. Without hesitation, we were building our new home.
